• Sow in trays late spring
• Seed depth: 6mm
• Do not exclude light as this will aid germination
• Prick out into trays or pots when large enough to handle
• Over winter with good ventilation and plant out the following spring after a period of hardening off.
• Plant spacing: 30-38cm
• If you are in a milder, well sheltered area you can plant out early autumn provided soil is well drained
