Returns & Exchanges
We may be small, but we are also mighty. Even so, mistakes happen and we will always do our best to rectify them as quickly as we possibly can.
Should you have an issue please email us in the first instance with the details using our Contact Us page. Please do not just return items without prior notification.
Once we are dealing with your issue, we will ask you to return the product in the sealed packets (where applicable) as supplied and shipped to us in suitable packaging to prevent damage. This procedure should be followed for any product that may be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. We will happily refund or replace/exchange your product and return shipment cost where necessary.
If you wish to return a product which was correctly supplied in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. You will need to pay the cost of return shipment in suitable packaging to prevent damage and ensure the packets have not been tampered with and all seals are intact.
Returns outside this period are solely at the discretion of Seeds To Suit and will incur a re-stocking charge of 20% of the purchase cost.
Once a returned item arrives with us, we will refund where appropriate using the same payment method used at the time of ordering, within 14 days.
