Delivery

We ship all orders via Royal Mail or EVRi, dependent on package size. Postage and environmentally friendly packaging costs are calculated at checkout based on order value.

You can choose from Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. All order values of £25 and over will be shipped via EVRi or Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.

We ship to all Channel Islands.

Royal Mail published delivery times are 1st Class 1 to 2 business days, 2nd Class 3 to 5 business days. EVRi 3 to 5 business days. Please note Royal Mail are currently suffering from backlogs in some areas and they may not achieve their published expectations.

We aim for same day shipping on weekdays for orders received before 12 noon, but this may be a little longer during our peak times of January to June.

We will always notify you via email when your order leaves us.

Shipment to Canada for Orders under 500g total weight are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery @  a flat charge of CAD$20 Delivery time is approximately 7 days
