• Sow: with warmth 6 to 8 weeks before your last expected frost
• Sowing depth: 2mm but cover as seeds need darkness to germinate
• Keep soil moderately moist during germination
• Days to germination: 10-20
• For later blooms sow directly outdoors in mid spring after all danger of frost has passed. You can also sow late summer and early autumn in milder areas
• Acclimatise young plants to outdoor condition and plant out to growing site
• Spacing: 15-20cm
