An absolute gem of a native wild flower. One of the heroes for our pollinators, bees, butterflies and hover flies. An indicator of ancient woodlands and hedgerows that appears in lightly shaded woodland areas after the bluebells have done their bit. Said to guard the honey bee store and to shield the fairies from being discovered. Common names, Adders Flower (it was once used to treat snake bites, but we do not recommend you do this, always seek proper medical advice) Robin Hood, because it was of the forest and Cuckoo Flower. It shows off a beautiful array of vibrant pink to red flowers. Download sowing guide
