This heirloom classic from Italy produces large canary yellow block peppers. The mildly sweet tasting thick fleshed pepper makes it ideal for salads, stuffing and grilling. Download sowing guide

• Days to germination: 10-21 @ 18-24°C
• Planting depth: 3mm in 7cm pots 25mm apart (3 to each pot)
• Transplant to individual containers when seedling have at least two pairs of leaves
• When 10-15cm tall grow on in a greenhouse/indoors with the root ball 12mm below the surface
• Plant spacing: 46-60cm
• Keep moist and feed regularly with a tomato type food once flowers appear.
• Provide support and tie in regularly
• Days to harvest: 90-100 when fruits have reached full size and colour
