This variety is a pleasantly sweet scented annual herb with small, white, highly aromatic daisy like flowers. Traditional dried and used as an infusion to treat various ills (consult a medical professional before trying) and also for flavouring things from Benedictine to fruits. Taller than its Roman cousin at 60-75cm, its leaves are fern like and feathery. This plant is a wonderful addition to any border. • Best when broadcast sown so prepare your area by ensuring it is weed free and raked to a fine tilth. Gently rake in the seeds but do not bury them
• Sow from early spring onwards
• Thin to 10-15cm
• Harvest flowers regularly for continual yields
