• Sow 4-5mm deep and lightly cover
• Temperature required: 18°C
• Days to germination: 14-21 it can be extremely slow so be patient
• When large enough to handle transplant and grow on in cooler conditions
• Plant out once soil has warmed and all danger of frost has passed
• Plant spacing: 20-25cm
• Celeriac is a greedy plant and likes rich soil and consistent moisture
