• Optimum temperature: 13-15°C
• Transplant the seedlings before they are 5 weeks old two to three weeks before your last expected frost. Harvest from July to September
• Set plants 30-45cm apart in rows 60cm apart
• These need high fertility and an abundance of water throughout the growing season
