• Days to germination: 10-14
• Optimum soil temperature: 21°C
• Planting depth: 1-2.5cm
• Soaking seeds overnight can aid germination
• Best started undercover 4-6 weeks before the last frost in pots
• Thin to individual plants but you can also transplant the thinning’s
• Pinch out the tops when seedlings reach 6cm high to encourage stronger side shoots
• Planting space: 15-30cm
• Provide support when plants reach 7-15cm
